The Theory: Yondaime Will be summoned back In the future

How?
Remember when Orochimaru was fightin Shodaime? When he used Edo Tesei? Well he managed to summon 2 coffins and he couldn't summon the third.

This means that Yondaime could still be summoned because it wasn't sealed when Sarutobi sealed the other 2 hokages.

We also know that Sasuke_Kun Absorbed Orochimaru and all his techniques.

So there's a small chance that Sasuke_Kun would summon Yondaime.

Why?

Well there's alot of reasons but the main one i Think Is maybe to help naruto learn Hiraishin
Or to help him in battle maybe against Someone like pein.

yeah most probably, i beleieve that Yondaime is gonna make an apperance in the current manga story, wot better way to make an entrance then with the use of Taboo arts?

Remember what happened when Orochimaru ressurected them though. Their spirits were there to maintain the bodies until he used his seal to wipe out their emotions and free will. TheProf just pointed out the other problem with your theory too.
 
Sasuke lost Oro's powers...however that doesn't mean that Kabuto later on or maybe even Oro himself wont summon him...who knows at this point.
 
We dont know for sure if Sasuke lost all of Oro's jutsus. i still think that he didn't lose them. if he can still summon snakes then that would mean he still has them. we have to w8 and see.
 
No he can't be summoned. His soul thus his techniques are in Death gods belly. He was sealed away like other hokages.

That's what I thought too - if he sealed the Kyubbi, shouldn't his soul be already locked up? But then again, it doesn't explain how Oro almost summoned him. Only explanation - we don't know for sure if it was Yondaime in that third coffin, though it was heavily implied...
 
Why would they summon Epic-fail-Hokage?

Wouldn't it be better to summon Shodai, in case the Akatsuki is sucessful in taking out the Kyubi?
 
Leave Minato in his grave!...or in the death god stomach!! I would hate sasuke the Robot to summon the 4th!!.......oro(or oro in kabuto) could do it in a final battle against naruto!

Father and son...Naruto and Minato!..............emotional or what!
 
The fact you called the 3rd Sondaime, and Sasuke, Sasuke-kun makes it very hard for me to take you seriously.

In the Manga, the coffin never came out of the ground, so he really didn't get close at all. There's no way to tell for sure what would have happened if Sarutobi hadn't used his Jutsu Cancel, but I doubt the technique would have worked anyway.

I dont think it is stated that to perfom edo tesei you need the souls.and yondaime wasn't sealed by sarutobi. Unless ofcourse the "third" coffin wasn't actually the Third.Which i doubt was the case.
 
I would like to see him ethier way but some time in the manga I would like to see naruto fight his dad and win to show he surpassed him
 
naruto would never forgive him. I think Sasuke won't do a forbidden technique like that. Remember the sacrifice needed for Edo Tensei? I dont think it will happen.

Yondaime sealed himself
He's dead and will never come back because there is no reason for him to do so. :oh
 
God i hope Yondaime doesnt get summoned it would kinda negate a lot of things ......if it were to happen that would b the end of me following naruto.

(surely if orochimaru didnt summon him against Sarutobi and had the capability to still do it why not do it at any point afterwards?)
 
That would imply that either Naruto or someone within Konahagakure would have to know the Edo Tensei, which is kinjutsu and likely not to be casted. If Naruto does come about learning the Hirashin it will be through something of a scroll left behind for him (just an example). There will not be any physical contact in my mind.
 
He's in the death god, the oro summon would not have worked.
Anyway, there is a possibility we will see him again, i was thinking, you know how he left Naruto a key for a special jutsu, what if in that key there is also a special Kage bushin of Minato? Just so he can talk to naruto about the jutsu and stuff, i think thats posible.

Because Yondi's soul is in death gods stomach. Thats why he couldnt summon him.
This means that Yondaime could still be summoned because it wasn't sealed when Sarutobi sealed the other 2 hokages.

My thoughts are that the key training (probably with the frogs) is going to help naruto kill pain.
And that Yondi is dead.
