Even though the Yamato-no-Orochi was defeated rather quickly, it was done so by Susano'o; quite possibly the most powerful technique to date. Then again, there hasn't been much of a display from either side so I shall have to base this off of potential - being such my vote goes towards the Yamata-no-Orochi.
