When will Oda allow the Admirals to go all out?

It's lretty obvious that in every instance they've fought, the Admirals have either been nerfed or not been allowed to go all out

-MF: Sakazuki had to protect the citadel, Aokiji was uninterested, Kizaru was trolling

-DR: Fujitora had other goals and politics stopped him from crushing everyone

-Reverie: Admirals couldn't fight in MJ + they sabotaged one another

-Egghead: so far Kizaru is holding back as he says he doesn't want to hurt too many people and he's fighting his nephew's side.

Is he saving them for EoS? When will we first see a Navy Hq Admiral going all out on panel? I believe it comes down to none else but the current WSM, Akainu Sakazuki. His Awakening will crush Luffy and force him to use another (the ultimate) powerup.

Luffy vs. Akainu. Gonna be interesting to see how Oda lets Akainu injure Luffy without Luffy taking major damage, assuming Akainu will manage to land a fatal hit. Yeah Luffy has Haki now, but is he just gonna evade magma the entire time?

EDIT: But yeah, no better time than one of the most hyped fights in the manga. Akainu will have no reason to hold back either

That's a big issue seeing how Oda himself has confirmed that Sakazuki has the highest AP/lethality in the manga. It's gonna take some plot shield for Luffy to win.
