The Rules:
1. Vote clearly on the victor. You must state a reason why you feel that team would win. Your vote is voided if: You don't have a reason stated, you have less than 100 posts, and if you don't put I vote for: (Team Name) at the end of your post.
2. Only 1 vote allowed. If later you are persuaded by someone and choose to vote for the other team, then only that vote will count.
3. No Plot No Jutsu. (Naruto doesn’t defeat Kakuzu, Sasori, and everyone just because Kishimoto won’t let him die.)
4. No filler jutsu’s. (We're letting TenTen have her crossbow.)
5. No Giant or Boss summons. Kakashi has his nin dogs, Temari her summon, Kidomaru his spider, Tayuya has her oni summons and Orochimaru is allowed only his smaller snakes.
6. KWGoD, Aoba, Mecha Hidan and the Gai hype (Chuck Norris type hype) not allowed. Otherwise, one could have all 3 on their team and own EVERYONE. Please try and be serious and just go off their skills
7. Experience of fighting WITH or AGAINST ninja's are in play. (I.E. if you choose Kiba-Shino-Hinata, they may work better since they are a team and know eachother's strengths and weaknesses. Or... Kakuzu will know to fight Hidan from a great distance since he doesn't want his blood drawn, and because they are partners. Hidan will have an advantage of characters who don't know of his ability). EXPERIENCE IS ONLY IN AFFECT FROM CHAPTER 384 AND BEFORE.
8. Your team has no prep time. You have as much time as required to discuss your strategy and plans. However, you can not do any physical actions or set up any traps before the battle starts.
9. It’s a team fight. Team vs. Team
10. If caught bribing for votes or cheating (making aliases), you will be disqualified from the tournament.
11. The sharingan can copy other abilities if the character has shown the pre-requisite abilities.

Shinobi behave as if they have a strong incentive to obey your rules, and will work together in a team professionally and to achieve your aim. That is the in-character rule. Think of it as a general guideline - - any questions involved with it will be judged on a case by case basis by the voters.

13. Lower forms of characters that are just limited by abilities (I.E. Base Jiroubou vs cs-2 jiroubou) have all of the knowledge of their higher forms. Characters limited by time (I.E. Pre skip characters, Armless Orochimaru, etc) do not share knowledge with their later forms.
14. Genjutsu is left up to the voters to decide. So the burden of proof is on the strategy writer.
15. Knowledge doesn't have to be directly on screen - - but there has to be a logical basis for it (Ex: Kakashi has some knowledge on Yamato). This is also left to be judged by the voters.
16. 30% Itachi and Kisame do have the abilities they have shown earlier, except for Mangekyo Sharingan as Itachi specifically said he didn't have the chakra to do it as a clone.
17. There is basically an invisible barrier around each arena. This can't be used for any strategic advantage (Like slamming someone into the barrier), but characters are limited by distance.
18. Characters with transformations (I.E. Cursed Seal users and Jinchuuriki, a few others) all start in their base forms.


Distracted's most important rule!
Don't be so nit picky. Don't turn this into a letter of the law vs the spirit of the law debate. In this tournament it is specifically the spirit of the law. So stop looking so hard for exceptions - - we'll deal with those when they come up.

Um, if only one team is posted, then the other guy could take advantage and get a team that works better against the one posted.
 
I had to leave, and the thread that I created before was incorrect. So I asked Serenity to change the title and add Zerobelow's team. However, I had forgotten that I was the only person in possession of such information only after I signed off.

KN3 is going to be seriously troublesome here. I wonder how Shingami will deal with that... but I have faith in Sasuke.

They need to be public so people can make their strategies before their match starts. Otherwise we will get delays (see VBD vs EU). I don't think people will start stepping in on thread making (unless you're away when it needs to be done), but I also don't understand why it's important for you that you keep that power to yourself.

Also, this will be a good match. ShinigamiUchiha420's team looks superior on paper, but ZeroBelow has shown himself to be a rather innovative strategist.

It's Sharingan-hax vs. Unpredictable Ninjas - good thing Kishimoto isn't writing this...

I never got a PM that my match was up so I never had a chace to change my team, and I just got my router back working again from a serious break down.

My apoligies PIP I'll post my strat ASAP to get this moving, my apoligies to you all
