The Truth; Itachi send his last genjutsu to Sasuke

I think I can get it. At the scene where Itachi put his fingers to Sasuke head is a kind of genjutsu trick that give Sasuke the vision of the truth behind the masacre and the true Uchiha Secret.

I don't know if we will get that truth in the next chapter, but I think after this chapter, Sasuke's thought about Itachi will change forever.

Except that Sasuke was completely shocked right before he touched his fingers to his head. His "?!" was in reaction to whatever Itachi said, so he was pretty stunned before that happened. Maybe this is true, but I think the revelation is more in what Itachi mumbled rather than this being a possibility. Though I guess anything is possible.
