Susano'o DOES NOT seal anything in a genjutsu

It's the sword of totsuka, which anyone can wield. So please stop with the whole "SUSANOOOOUUUUOOOO''OOOOO IS TEH GRAYTEZT J0oTSU IN NARUTOOOO!!" thing. So far, Susano'o seems to be just a really strong summon.

Also, stop comparing the sword of totsuka's sealing abilities to shiki fuujin. One is a form of taijutsu (swordplay) that anyone can use, while the other is either a summoning jutsu or ninjutsu (not sure because when Sandaime Hokage used the technique, there was no summoning scroll. However, he said that you must make a contract with the death god to use the technique. Please, someone enlighten me.)

Well if Oro was looking for the sword it is possible that anyone can obtain it... but they would probably need a summon to hold it or something

Well, Orochimaru was searching for it, so I'm gonna go ahead and assume that he would be able to wield it as well.

And even if it can't be wielded by just anyone, it still shouldn't be compared to shiki fuujin.

Of course we don't know that much about it's sealing abilities, nor do we know about how bad the drawbacks are. It's likely Itachi exerted himself to seal Orochimaru, it couldn't have been as effortless as it looked and he was panting afterwards(IIRC). And considering that Amaterasu made his eye bleed as well as causing other physical side effects, Susanoo will likely have them too.

New jutsu's get overrated all the time. But you can't deny Susanoo looks pretty amazing after killing the Hydra, sealing Orochimaru, and taking on Kirin (when not even in it's final form).

And sure it's possible anyone can wield Totsuka, since Orochimaru was seeking it. But considering what we know about the sword, I don't really see how that would work.

So you're right, in a way. It's too early to call "best jutsu ever". Yet it seems most jutsu's in the series have drawbacks, have failed, or both.

Yes, anyone can wield it!

It's a spiritual sword with no form, but it's still some kind of chakra (maybe yin & yang), all you have to do is to manipulate you own chakra so it fits the Totsuka, then manipulate the form. Just like Sasuke's chidori sword.

Is that really Susano'o...'s bottle, or is it just part of the sword? Can't really say for sure.

Susano'o is not required to wield the sword of totsuka. I know there's no proof, but it just can't be. If it were, then only Uchihas with the MS, AND the ability to summon Susano'o would be able to wield it, and that's just stupid.

I don't think only MS Uchihas can wield it, others must be able to. Still, the list of those who could is probably rather small. It's also just hard to imagine how. It seems Susanoo was a medium for Itachi to use Totsuka through.

It seems to me that the sword is inside the bottle. Now, the bottle looks rather big, considering it fits pretty well in Susano'o...'s hand, and Susano'o is big. So I'm guessing that one thing required to wield the sword of totsuka is to be able to swing around that bottle, since it acts as the handle.

But then again, it could shrink because.... well it just can. This is Naruto we're talking about.

Sooooo many questions that need to be answered. I guess it's pointless to argue about any of this.

All I'm saying is that Susano'o doesn't do the sealing, and that the sword shouldn't be compared to shiki fuujin.

hahahaha give it to a gennin and he can become hokage? is that what you mean by anyone can wield it. It's not an artifact is it? I think it isn't necessarily related to susano'o but susano'o is just one way of using it.
