Strongest Characters that Gojos Unlimited Void would kill? Weakest who could "tank" it?

Sister Shen-Gong-Wu to the Fountain of Hui, the Eagle Scope allows the user to safely sift through all knowledge in the universe.

As far as I am aware, anything capable of calling out to the Wu (a bug creature used SGW despite not actually speaking any human tongue. they just barked out gibberish and the Wu responded) would be capable of using it.

So, like, just point to any random 5-year old in the background of a Xiaolin Showdown episode. It's that kid.

If you want to get TeChNIcaL about it and only count those who have actually used the Eagle Scope, that would limit the list to Omi. And I'm guessing Karate Kid would fold Vegapunk a non-Newtonian number of times. That said...are you sure Vegapunk counts?

As anybody who owns a computer knows, processing and storage are different things. Sure, Vegapunk can store an infinite number of facts, but how much can he process at once? I can pretty easily remember four people's names (or even a random sequence of four words), but I'll still get overwhelmed if all four pieces of information are barked at me simultaneously

I'd argue that the Eagle Scope is a more appropriate tool, here. It takes a huge data dump (literally everything) and lets you sift through it at your leisure. In fact, using the Fountain of Hui without the Eagle Scope has basically the same effect as Unlimited Void, ES is basically designed to counter UV.
 
In Phantasy Star Online 2, Xion, Xiao and Mother could. The 1st is quite literally is a planet (1st then remodeled as the core of a large starship) can calculate the information across the entirety of the universe with the 2nd being a sort of "child" of the 1st.

Mother being a clone of Xion but with emotions and a conscience.
