Spider-Girl fights her father when he was her age. Who takes this?

This SPider-Man is from the original Lee/Ditko run of ASM.

she wa born with the powers like her brother, right? i think hat would help make it more a natural transaiton, plus having her old man as the original should surely give her some bg of training

but that is irrelvant becuase she has boobies and that' enough to strike a teenage Pete out via nosebleed. oh the i*c*st :hehee

Nope, May's powers didn't activate until she was a teenager.

Her brothers activated earlier due to contact with the Carnage symbiote jumpstarting them.

She does seem to have a leg up in the training department since she's actually gotten help from her friends and family (whereas Peter went solo for most of his career).
 
Spider-girl takes this. She isn't as strong, but she has better training--mature spiderman, normie osborn, dark devil, ect. and she has additional powers and a better spider-sense.
 
I recall her having superior wall crawling abilities (Peter can stick to thinks, May can stick and repel). However I don't recall her ever having superior spider-sense.

Sorta true...

She actually has inferior wall-crawling, she has to concentrate to stick whereas it's intuitive to Peter. But you're right she can repel objects just like she can stick.

Her "spider-sense" is essentially the same however on occasion she'll get a flash of the future instead of just a danger warning. I'm not sure they've elaborated on when/how of that.
 
That was early on, she doesn't have to do that anymore. Also she has the ability to use her wall-sticking ability to repel objects away from her at speeds fast enough to hurt her foes quite well
