Numbers are the sharingan's weakness; and Itachi doesn't have a way to easily kill Orochimaru if Oro isn't in retard mode and allows himself to be hit by the sword.

Oro's team wins.... Without Itachi's Susano'o then everyone will be able to take him down with ease.
 
Itachi would get taken down eventually if Oro gets his shit sorted and tells everyone what to do.

If not then Itachi probably kills 3 or 4 before they finally manage to take him out. But still, he's outmatched here.
 
Team Orochimaru wins this with relative ease. Mainly due to how well rounded it is. It contains Kidōmaru who is especially skilled with long ranged techniques and would certainly be able to deal damage with his kumo senkyū: susaku as well as prevent movement from his Ninpou: Kūmo Shibari. There is Jirōbō, who is able to strike from close range with his impressive strength as well as possibly absorb chakra from Itachi. Tayuya, who can also use long ranged jutsu, more so genjutsu which may not be so easily dispelled by Itachi as it is sound based. Sakon, Ukon, and Kimmimaro need not an explaination - and finally Orochimaru who can provide massive defense, as well as large area techniques with the Yamata and finish with the Kusanagi.
 
Sound 5 + Orochimaru win.

Itachi's only real anti-numbers attack is Susanoo, and without that Orochimaru's tea, could easily overwhelm Itachi with an enormous amount of snakes, spiders and bones.

Itachi would probably kill all of the Sound 5 before he died although.
 
The freak team wins this but they die in the process as well,common its Itachi we are talkin about here,the bigest homicidal maniac in history xD
 
Orochimaru would be enough trouble for Itachi alone but with 5 others on his team, this clearly goes Orochimaru.
 
Itachi rapes instantly.

Oro is no threat. He'd destroy sound 5 but might take some time .. maybe 2-5 moves on Kimi if he chooses not to use genjutsu.
 
Oro+Sound 5 beat him with relative ease
Kidoumaru and Tayuya would make things hard for him in Forest of Death due to their long-ranged arrows, summons and genjutsus
Jirobou and Sakon/Ukon aren't much of a factor considering Itachi's speed
Kimimaro will prove to be a challenge but without his final dance, Itachi should be able to genjutsu, Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu him.
With Orochimaru here though, Itachi gets raped since cutting off his hand is useless due to his body vomitting technique. Yamato Orochi+Manda instantly wins the battle really.
The only way for Itachi to win is if he uses Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi on Orochimaru at the beginning...
 
if orochimaru does edo tensai and summons the 4th or 3rd, this fight is over

he had the body and did inteed to use it in the 3rd fight. and i think minato or prime sabaturi would easily own itachi

Orochimaru falls to Tsukiyomi or another "paralyzing genjutsu." Amaterasu for Orochimaru and Kimimaro, if Itachi feels like pushing himself. Genjutsu and kunai will be enough for everyone else.

Orochimaru has admitted inferiority to Itachi and Itachi has clearly demonstrated his superiority, I don't even know what else can be said if you aren't already convinced.

Kimimaro is not that impressive. Besides becoming slower in CS2 form (and he was never much faster than base Rock Lee to begin with), his short-range techniques aren't of too much use against Itachi, who's a genjutsu specialist. Kimi's only ranged move, the finger bullets, were slow enough that Gaara's automatic shield could deal with them. His defense is impressive, but Amaterasu eats him alive if nothing else.

Kidomaru can hide in the trees and all, but in order to fire arrows at Itachi, this means that there has to be a clear line of sight between himself and Itachi. Itachi, being able to see chakra with his Sharingan, will pinpoint this sucker in a second and send him to hell.

Tayuya lol.

Conditions would matter so much in this fight. Is Itachi ambushing them or is it the opposite ? Do they meet randomly ? If Oro's team could come up with a plan, or improvise during the fight they could win imo.

If Itachi is the one ambushing them, meaning sound five + oro caught off guard, Itachi would be able to pull it off. His regular speed/tai/gen combinations are way above sound 5's league, probably he'd kill em off before they could go cs2.
 
Itachi would use Genjustu on sound 5 while 2 Amaterasu's kill Oro but if Oro looks in Itach's sharingan its over more quickly then when Oro is dead a 3-tomoe Itachi can finish of the Sound 5 with mild diffulty but if push comes to shove itachi uses Amaterasu and kills them all.
 
lol if itachi can rape orochimaru in mere seconds what hope do the sound 5 have :huh

BTW i was referring to the first battle when oro was in akatsuki :pek he was caught in a genjutsu and couldnt move :pek so itachi could do what he pleases

No he can't Oro just released from genjutsu too late and Itachi was close with kunai.

Itachi without Susano-O can't do shit to Orochimaru.
