So about Oro and Kabuto...

I am kinda anxious now, the white snake crawling out of that pile of stones probably means Oro is still alive and will make his return sometime around. This all leads us to believe he will try to take over Kabuto.

But do you think this would be fair to Kabuto's character, I mean it would basically be similar to throwing him in the trash. If this happens it would be the same as making all of his character developement useless imo.

I believe he should actually succeed in surpassing Oro, just to be fair to his character. Oro has had his time in the light

No, because Orochimaru, the villain with the greatest potential, has been mistreated so often that he needs some time in glory. Kabuto, however, is nothing but a sacrifice.
