Skrulls win for variety and numbers. To make it fair, lets say Post Crisis Kyptonians.
As races, how do they stand up to each other,
...And ignoring the existence of Celestials...While the Phalanx do have control of Kree space at the moment.Skrulls are almost certinly the most powerful race in marvel now (dispite what happened to them in Annihlation, the survivors are insane).
I believe that Rice Ball is saying that their powers are insane.
The Skrulls in the invasion that we've seen so far are basically the new Super Skrull versions of the Avengers and X-Men. The one in the Illuminati basically had all of their powers, including Black Bolt's voice.
The way that one died was pretty weak though. Iron Man killed the rest by causing a nuclear explosion, right? Considering all of that, their durability is nowhere near what they'd need to even last a couple seconds against a Kryptonian.
They do in yellow sunlight.
I'm assuming that Rice Ball meant powered Kryptonians, since comparing them to Skrulls in the opposite state is pointless. We'll see a shitload of the former once that new story arc with Braniac hits.
That's not necessarily true. Both races are extremely powerful in different ways. Brute strength is not the solution for everything, and the current Skrulls' undetectable shape-shifting and upgraded abilties make them the ultimate spies. You could topple an enemy organization without any conflict with just one of the new Super Skrulls. In my opinion, Krytonians are the ideal soldiers and Skrulls are the ideal spies.
They didn't just have brute strength.
They had no superpowers at all. They lived under a red sun, remember?
Skrulls are stupid. They're getting wtfpwned in Annihlation, on the brink of extincation and they're busy sending their best to try and topple a Earth that is quite unscathed?
They're morons
*sigh*
Marvel grants people such great powers, but yet fail badly at allowing them to use those powers logically.![]()
