The vatican does not pay any taxes. Nobody really knows how wealthy they are- so many different estimates. Dont you think they should use the money they have on something worthwhile. In my opinion, they are violating 4,5,and 6 of the new list. They are the biggest crooks.

good luck finding food that isn't GM these days.
aren't these all the same thing? if we go by the "life boat" philosophy, we're all causing poverty by living with "luxuries" while others starve. If its a sin to cause poverty, even indirectly, then even people living lower middle class lives are guilty.

I find the choices very interesting in comparison to the original seven. *maybe their might be a sequel to the Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman movie.*
Ah, these news sins are more specific comitted on a daily basis. I take financial gluttony as being rich, but I think that sin needs to be more specifically explained because there is nothing wrong with being rich. What is sinfull is if a rich person doesn't lend a helping hand to another less fortunate than they are.

It seems that I have already committed, and am still committing several of them. Some of these sins are indirect, like causing poverty. Maybe one of the government policies here is causing poverty somewhere else, and the very fact that I am going with it means I am exacerbating the problem.
