The Lee one is nice imo and i like the effects but it could have a nicer text or none, the Sasuke one is way to plain.

I'm liking the c4d and it looks neat and clean, but it just feels empty

The bg colors look great, and i think the effects look fantastic! However i believe you could add on to the Sasuke sig so it doesn't have so much room.

The Rock Lee signature is better because it has a variation of colors, text, and isn't so bear. Try experimenting with the Sasuke signature so that when you're done, the signature will have all these things.
