sasuke will get a power up

sasuke lost CS clearly but naruto will probably soon get 'the key' and with it access to the kyubi power...

..kishi usually balances these two so how will he do it this time?


1. totally restrict kyubi use.
seems unlikely with the key business.

2. give sasuke a power up
There is nothing to stop him getting EMS now, right? If he wants it, though somehow I can't see him doing this.

3. Kyubi extraction.
Can kishi really do this?
 
yea but how sasuke going to get ems ? the only way for him to get ems is taking itachi eyes but itachi blind but anything possible i guess
 
I dont think there is really a balance between them. Sometimes Naruto seems stronger than Sasuke.

Sasuke seems stronger at the moment since the meeting at the oro's hideout so with CS lost (presumably) and Naruto getting the key, Naruto gets to be stronger again.
 
Sasuke definitely needs one if he's going to compete with Madara, let alone kill him. After all, he couldn't even kill Itachi who admitted he was inferior through not being able to surpass him in his current state...

maybe you need normal MS first before attaining EMS.

the ending of this story might be,

"sasuke" Youve earned my eyes, get them and destroy madara.

Chiyo's Technique. Kakashi saw it, so Naruto can live. Also Pain is after Naruto and he has never lost a battle
 
Sasuke could also take that fancy sword and sheild thing, just in case he ever gets Susano-o...
 
Sasuke hasn't said no thank you to free power-ups before so why should he start now.

The way I see it Itachi is basically handing his MS to him on a silver platter, so IMO it would be stupid for Sasuke not to take it.

There are more battles to be fought. Against opponents who are far stronger than Itachi, and the fact that Sasuke was very close to getting defeated here, he'll need to power up in order to stand up against Madara.

I have a theory as to why if he took Itachi's eyes now he would get EMS, but anyway, the eyes he gains will be a form of EMS that is special.

edit: Sasuke and Naruto will probably take down Madara together.

Thats how it was in Part I till the VoTe fight, and people still debate that Naruto could have taken Sasuke I dunno why.

Yeah, its his manga after all so it will not be surprising if he ends up being the strongest by the end.

:facepalm No, Kakashi wouldn't do that and if that were to happen then Naruto would lose a major power up with this manga would not allow, sure they would let Sasuke suppress the chakra but he still keeps the power up and won't lose it just because his rival lost a power up.
It was with him in the beginning of the manga and it'll say with him in the end of the manga.

Probably, but I really think Kakashi will have something to do with Sasuke gaining the EMS/PMS

I really want Sasuke to take Madara down alone, and then team up with Naruto to take out Pein's original body.
 
Yes, Sasuke will get a power up. That's what this year of Sasuke thing is all about. But not now. Sasuke will first have to burn before he can rise from the ashes.
 
I would actually prefer it if there were no more "powerups", the sheer amount of them are becoming ridiculous - especially on Sasukes behalf. Without the cursed seal and Orochimaru's abilities, it is possible that greater progression will take place as well.

If such a thing does happen there will be less complaints about what Sasuke relies on, etc. Basically it will give opportunity to have Sasuke's individual strength displayed.

Unfortunately, knowing Sasuke, he will go for the power just like he did with the Cursed Seal. Although him not wanted to gain power through Itachi might change things.
 
i was thinking that sasuke would get the EMS if he took his brothers eyes. blindness isnt a factor becuz its already been stated that after you take the eyes you are granted light again.

Let me get it right, you wanted Sasuke to take down Madara alone, which is probably his benchmark, and THEN help take down Pein with Naruto, which is Naruto's PROBABLY second benchmark? So Naruto doesn't get a 1vs1 fight at all?

Either they team up for both or fight alone on both.
 
EMS Sasuke is unstoppable and SSJ4 Goku level, it wouldnt be wise for a beast like that to exist in the narutoverse
 
EMS is a higher power up than CS + Oro's abilities and even stronger than Kyuubi power-up (as that eyes can control it).

So to "balance" Sasuke next power-up, EMS, Kishi is going to give "the Key" to Naruto.
 
i believe sasuke will get the ems, and he will have the shield and the sword too, and naruto will learn to use the kyuubi 100% and make the jutsu that yon left for him, so they will take down madara together

sasuke with his and itachi's will, and naruto with his and minato's will

it's either this or naruto loses his kyubi.

Probably within the next chapter or two. Or if Kishi was true to his word and plans to focus a huge chunk of the year on Sasuke, then we may not see it for another 10 chapters+. But I think it'll happen much sooner. "Naruto has to wait" afterall.
 
The only powerup Sasuke will be getting is a............Dick. (This is to help with the Uchiha clan revival):LOS

On a serious note I don't think Sasuke will be getting a powerup at all.
 
Yes, there's definitely another powerup for Sasuke ming along after he lost all those abilities. Now that they're gone, Sasuke is able to grow stronger than he was previously was. Also, now we can finally see Sasuke display his individual strength instead of using Orochimaru's enhancements. So in the end, Sasuke has lost power but it will only make a better person.

Yeah. Because of this, Sasuke is going to become the "hawk" that Madara envisioned.
