Hmm in some way yes, and in some no. I don't think Itachi would have used Susano-o on Sasuke unless he had to.
 
This fight turned them into psychos with that instant multiple orgasms problem some women have.

"Sasuke can beat Sandaime" , "Itachi can slap hokages and sannins" and then my strokes keeps going.
 
Orochimaru saved Sasuke's life AND killed Itachi. Looks like Sasuke is still not stronger than his brother.

Seriously, why would you care what people say if your favourite character just cheated death? And it's not like your fandom is totally innocent either. *cough*Ackwell*cough*.

Oh realllllllly well obviously u don't know me, I have never been known as a Oro fan never will be I think hes badass hes defo not my favourite character by a long mile.

Oddly enough Orochimaru indeed saved Sasuke but Itachi, but Itachi saved Sasuke from Orochimaru.
 
looks like in the end, oro paid his words to sasuke, and even saved sasuke's light, after all, if sasuke had the ms, he would be loosing his light too...


but i dont think that oro killed itachi, i am starting to think if, when the ms is completely sealed, it kills the person
