I don't think Hidan ever had a ritual knife....

He had a scythe and a pike.

And no, no official merchandise of Hidan has been produced except for a pin. Maybe when he comes in the anime there will be some stuff, but I doubt it'll be his weapons.

Ohh, cause I saw a picture of him with a ritual knife attatched to a necklace, (I don't know much about him) and I assumed the knife was part of his rituals, and it was so pretty I was like gotta have it! (I'm a collecter of weaponry)here's the link. Thanks for answering nakagos.
