I'm thinking about buying Vol. 28 of Naruto but befor I buy manga I have a? for those who brought Vol.1 of Part 2, Is Viz's translation is still kinda crappy or change it.
example: the art of doppelganger=crappy
shadow clone jutsu= ok
Kagebushin jutsu+ good

It is by your definition, okay. The translation is not like the Japanese version of jutsus, but rather it is the English translation/adaptation. It is not horrible, bearable in my opinion.
 
Need help filling Shonen Jump gap

Before skipping right to the timeskip, Shonen Jump left off at the end of the Itachi Arc. Which volumes do I need to read to fill in the gap? Thank you for your help.
 
From what I've seen, post volume 6, a lot of the Japanese jutsu names were used. Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, etc. I dunno how they did volume 28.
 
i like the english episodes, i think they stopped showing them where i live though :( not a big fan of reading subtitles, but i getting used to it. does anyone know how far the viz media 1 is? P.S go canada
 
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. This is the English Viz manga discussion. Are you asking how far along the manga is?
 
Manga canon episodes stopped at episode 135. Episodes 136 onward of Naruto are not in the manga. Here are the chapters of the last manga canon episode.

Episode 151 was the last dubbed episode that aired on Cartoon Network. If you have any further questions regarding the dubbed anime it needs to be in the dub area not here as this thread is about the manga.
