Normal PotW contests are when the winner chooses the next theme. Special themed Potw isn't the case.

B & W can be the theme of the next "normal" PotW contest, but the next PotW will be special too and needs to be colorful: this Friday PotW Valentine's Day will be open, so you will have the weekend and the date itself to take a nice picture?

Pictures need to be new and taken for the purpose of the contest
