if oro had sasuke's body...wouldnt he just be as good as sasuke right now?...sasuke basically has all of oro's jutsu...plus a sharingan...which means if oro had sasuke's body..it wouldnt be any different

Well, that's exacly the goal of orochimaru. He wants immortality, he just has to keep Sasuke not in danger, so he can get in his body.
