The guy was one of my favorite characters. I love it when he make Pein cry and was always "..." and his capacity stuff and eyes blabber. And what makes me even sadder is that possibility he didnt take Sasuke eyes because he didnt want to his little brother when i see him coughin blood i almost :cry

You will be miss Itachi-san. :cry:cry:cry

Thanks. Im really looking forward to the whole story. The revelations in this fight were awesome as well as the jutsus (Amaterasu, Susano-O, Kirin) What I really want is for Sasuke to kill Madara.

Well, yeah, my favorite Naruto character's dead now... but, hey, he had the most epic death IMO until now, and Sasuke didn't kill him, nobody can kill Itachi, Itachi killed Itachi :pek

(I wanna see a flashback where Itachi owns Pein lol)
 
itachi was THE badass of this manga and with his death it will never be the same.

can you imagine tengen toppa gurren lagann w/o kamina or bleach w/o aizen or berserk w/o guts or kenshin w/o saito hajime etc...???!!!

I will miss his sharingan, badass poses, explosive KB, mind raping genjutsu, MS amaterasu tsukuyomi sosano'o and above all



his "......" lines.
 
Itachi could have been far more than he turned out to be. I thought he had some ulterior motive or hidden agenda.. I thought mabey, just mabey Kishi will suprize us for once. But noooo :(

For some reason I can just never get into the whole godlike/bland/broken characters. But his most glorious moment in the entire manga still has to be when he made his psyco face and revealed that he wasn't so cool and colected after all. At least he showed us that he has an ounce of personality..

But realy.. I don't see what the big deal was with him.. I guess after reading so many "Itachi = GOD" and "Itachi > All" threads, he just seemed like a steaming pile of HYPE. His fans hyped him so much that is just seemed unbeleivable when Sasuke actually had the upperhand throughout most of the battle.

Orochimaru > Itachi

Orochimaru>Itachi in your dreams fanboy smile-big. Itachi has own Orochimaru twice now with little effort. The first time he was a child. The second he was blind and completely drained. Itachi is what Orochimaru always wanted to be: pretty, Sharingan, that sword with Genjutsu (and more MS)

First time was Oro underestimating a prodigy kid. Most people would fall for the same trick. Second time.. wait second time? Last I checked Orochimaru overcame Itachi's most powerfull jutsu while Itachi lays unconcious on the ground. :laugh

Before you go calling other people fanboys go check out a mirror bud. I don't even like Oro that much, but I can give credit where it's due.

Itachi is nothing but pile of hype with bland witten all over it. He was supposed to be Sasuke's main goal, but then Madara came along and took even that away.
 
itachi was one of the most awesome characters ever created in the manga history for me...i will miss him ><

the raw truth is...sasuke will never be the same, without itachi alive...

in the end, sasuke's real dream, was never kill itachi, as he said to naruto "my real dream lies in the path"...
 
Gotta miss my favourite little punk. Won't be the same without him. The series already lacks some serious badassness, with him gone, there are only 1 to 2 characters, who can provide us with that :-(

You were the first one to say fanboy. And you are definetely assuming that Itachi went out by Oro's poison, and if he didn't, he would have only escape because of Itachi's death. If Itachi is that, what is Oro?

I don't think Itachi was poisoned, when the hell did I say this? Oro didn't escape because of Itachi's death, since it was never stated that Itachi died.

If Sasano'o captured Oro with that sword then wtf is with the snakes on the first pannel?
