just wanted to point out that chapter's entitled with "!?" at the end are almost never what it say's. I myself hope this isnt completely over yet or at last has some Plot Twist to make Itachi not look THAT bad *Itachi fanboy is*.

Also why is there some snake at the end? I hope we get to know more next chapter.

Discuss and predict away! :p

edit: I predict Orochimaru trying to take Sasuke over and Itachi saving Sasuke with his last "power/chakra" just to tell him after to take his eyes and become the strongest Uchiha ever known since fate decided that it should be Sasuke. Or something along those lines hehe.

EITHER TWO THINGS HAPPEN: THE REASON FOR ITACHI'S PWN IS CUZ HE DIED FOR SASUKE AND NOT AGAINST SASUKE, OR THAT THERE'S STILL A FIGHT.

Itachi threw the fight. He decided that he couldn't bear to kill his little brother after all. The clutching the chest and coughing up blood? Sasuke did the exact same thing in the VOTE right before he kissed spared Naruto.
 
Because maybe it's not really Sasuke's victory... Maybe next week we will finally find the truth of Itachi's intentions

I'm figuring this fight isn't what it seems and maybe it's a front. the poke on the forehead is intentional along with the cryptic smile and message raises the suspicion of "good itachi" again somehow. we just need to know what he whispered to get another hint.....:(
 
No way. The question mark is totally the whole sadness thing.

Sasuke got what he wanted, but does he really want it now, when he's brother's actually fucking dead? As in, really dead? Can this really be considered a "victory"?

Anyhow, seriously, it's just for suspense.
 
all i can say is, that in this manga, you can never be sure if anyone is dead, untill it's clearly stated that someone IS DEAD :) too many question marks, too many unanswered questions, too many questionable events :)
mytheory would be, that itachi is actuall ydead (rly sad), and i support the theory, that either the last words, or the tip on the forehead, was something important... either about uchiha clan massacare, madara, or maybe even naruto (imagine... what could be so important about naruto, that could shock sasuke so much, after he "cut all bonds" with our main hero).
 
It was put there to make wonder :D

Seriously though, the question mark might hint that Sasuke wasn't really the cause of his victory, questioning his victory.
 
There is a question mark because Itachi just randomly fell over and died. Our all knowing commentator Zetsu even wondered what was going on with the random heart attack. All indications in this chapter lead to some Oro shenanigans.
