Naraku VS Any Villain

...Even Orochimaru can't touch that level of irritating. I can't really think of any villains that are that boring.

...any villain?
How about King Hippo from Captain N?
Or that wizard guy from Captain N?

Those two sucked quite a bit.

Hmmm....probably Zomari Le Roux.

I wouldn't really call him so much as boring but more along the lines of pathetic.

At least he wasn't around as much to irritate readers like Naraku has. I can't think of any villain that best shows why we're better off with not having the same main villain for an entire series...

Zomari would kick Naraku's ass.

Naraku: You can't touch this.

Zomari: I now have control of your head.

I first want you to ram your fist into your own butt for a while, lick the the bottom of my shoe, jab your own fingers into your eyes, and just about whatever comes to mind for fun.

Finally, go get me your actual heart/core/whatever, and spend the last moments of your existence taking a relaxing swim in a volcano.

Naraku: F***.

what are you talking about? Hal was one of the most compelling villains in cinema history

The hell he was. Clarke's writing does not take well to the silver screen and 2001 shows it, because despite being one of the most realistic portrayals of space travel ever made it is also one of the most boring films ever created. I have nothing but the highest respect for the author (I've read the entire Odyssey series and the Rendezvous with Rama series, too, in addition to a number of really thrilling short stories such as History Lesson), but HAL 9000 in his movie incarnation is the most boring antagonist ever.
