Morino gets prep-time on Hidan's powers and abilities. The Akatsuki member has been shackled and captured by the Leaf's ANBU (LOL!) and is currently being tortured for information by him.

Can he break Hidan in 96 hours time?
 
Depends on how Hidans mental fortitude is. Hes not the smartest person, but he doesnt seem like someone who would give info despite whatever pain he recieves

Ibiki is smarter than that.

He would not use pain against Hidan, but rather attack Hidan's pride and stuff.
 
Hidan is new, he doesn't even now why are they chasing bijuus. Besides, he wouldn't brag about Akatsuki, if anything he would be bragging about his abilities, god, etc.

I'll go through and edit all of the mistakes in spelling his name.

The only real problem here is that we don't quite know exactly how creative Ibiki is at torturing people. However, knowing that Hidan is immortal means that physical pain will mean little to him.

Obviously Hidan still feels the pain, but he doesn't have the same hang ups about it that we do as it doesn't mean anything to him. It's just another sensation.

This comes down to how creative Ibiki's punishments would have to be when it comes to getting info out of Hidan.
 
Lol funny match. I guess ibiki can find out in 3 minutes how dumb hidan is and that there is nothing he knows or can offer. Hidan win.
 
Doesn't Hidan enjoy Pain?. He nearly had an orgasm when he received Asuma's pain as his own. I guess he wouldn't give a shit about torture. He impales himself on daily basis to kill his opponents.

My impression is that Hidan despises pain, but that specifically during the ritual he feels pain as pleasure. Whenever he was injured outside of the ritual he seemed quite unhappy about it, and it didn't seem sarcastic to me.
 
hidan is a masochist and enjoys being hurt pretty much so i highly doubt this would work, also hidan is too dumb to even remember any sensitive info, also noone would tell him anything to begin with so its a fruitless execise for ibiki to undertake

Hidan was fairly uncomfortable with pain he received outside of the ritual. He only appeared to be masochistic when performing a jutsu whose purpose was hurting himself ? seems quite likely to me that feeling pain as pleasure was part of the jutsu.
 
Hidan is fearless because of his immortality. Nothing Ibiki does can break him as far as I'm concerned.
 
If Ibiki is really a monster torturer he can just cut Hidan up piece by piece into small tiny fragments that not even Kakazu can repair and Hidan will say "Fuck Akatsuki i dont want my body all fucked up...unless its for Jashin-sama :kloff"
 
I think Morino's foreknowledge of Hidan's immortality makes this easy. Seriously, I think it would take about 2 seconds for Morino's mind to go exactly where Shikamaru's did. In this instance immortality is a very big liability. I can hear Morino now: "So your immortal...how would you like to spend the rest of forever without this?" That's one hell of a liability - death provides an escape that's just not available to Hidan.

To me, this kinda of sounds like something Morino would actually wish for - or do in his time off for pleasure. He's just got that look about him. :evil
