Do you think it would be possible for the greatest Hokage ever to keep up with Kuro's "cat out of the bag" technique with hiraishin?

is he capable of beating him at all?
 
Hmm,well Shakushi was soru speed and soru speed is FAR beyond what Narutoverse can do...
 
Hiraishin is instantaneous movement to where he puts his tags.

So Minato could surely get places quiker than kuro depending where the tags are.

In a fight, Kuro would rape beyond belief though.
 
Yondaime wouldn't get a chance to place his tags, although prep time would give him more of a chance. Kuro would win though.

Anywho -- Unless Minato gets prep time for tag placement or has some massive AOE jutsu that we're not yet aware of, he's not going to be doing anything to Kuro.

He can put the seal directly on his opponent's body, if he can stick it he's faster that any characters in OP.
Since we know nothing about him now....yeah :/
 
Like you said he actually has to tag his opponent for that to work, so in this case, it is dependent on the kunai's speed.
 
And like I said he can stick it directly. Meaning while fighting in close range he sticks it on you, you can't remove it ( as stated in the Databook, should verify), and you're marked till you die (once again as stated in the Databook).
But since we have no feats, we have no way to know if he can go toe to toe against OP characters in a fist fight.
 
I was explaining to you how it works, since you didn't know Yondaime could actually just stick the seal on your body, that's it.
 
I did know that he could stick seals on peoples bodies, I said given who he's fighting it's very unlikely he'll be able to.
 
How do you know ? We never saw him fight.
And Kuro is low tier. I seriously hope the strongest character in Naruto can fight evenly with him.
Also, he could just plant a ton of kunais in the area, he would gain the speed avantage like that.
 
Are you trying to use absence of evidence as an argument? And unless Kuro has a sudden stroke he's not going to watch Yondaime litter the battlefield with Kunai.

How about you read One Piece and actually see what Ace can do before posting that bit of foolishness. Madara summoned it. That's all that is said about his involvement with its attack on Konoha; nothing about Madara fighting the 4th Hokage.

He has to stick it on him or use a kunai. Neither of that is going to happen with Kuro. The same can't be said for landing hits on Yondaime.

Kuro will NOT let Yondaime set up his kunai. So no Hiraishin. His 'enemies' would be low level fodder for any competant pirates. You are one of the last people who should be calling someone a tard.

Kuro was only super fast Compared to what we had seen on One peice up to that point, In naruto Ninjas acheive htat level speed like its nothing

Proof? And this better proof that is more than just speed lines and afterimages. I suggest you start putting down actual information to support your so-called argument rather than beliefs and baseless claims.
