no prep time for either side, they have absolutely no knowledge of their opponents.

Mayuri can regenerate from anything those two throw at him. His Bankai ensures at least that Itachi will die from its poison gas and the fact of the matter is Mayuri Shunpo puts him well above their abilities in speed quite massively.

He's literally taking these two back to his lab as test subjects. This needs to be in the Manga/Anime Battledome.
 
Mayuri plants bombs in their cocks. Oro's regen is the only thing making him a contender.
 
itachi's sharingan allows him to shit his pants three times over before mayuri attacks

oro's regen allows him to 'die' several different entertaining and painful deaths
 
^Up the ass with a spikey probe. Itachi dies from poisoning long before he makes a difference here.
 
Depends on who Mayuri goes for. If he goes for Itachi first, then he most likely wins. IF he goes for Oro first, Itachi has enough time for a genjutsu and Susano'o. Just depends on who Mayuri goes for.

Yeah, getting hit by his shikai causes paralysis.

Mayuri rapes them. A quick bankai would be overkill. The best Orochimaru can hope for is the same death as a certain Espada; it's funny how similar they are in certain ways.

Mayuri is far more sadistic and cruel then Orochimaru could ever hope to be. He puts bombs in his own men, he tortured and dissected Ishida's grand-father, beats his own daughter consistantly and uses her a lab test subject. Heh.

I talked about how Orochimaru can only hope for the best(as in making Mayuri going through the effort) that is to die the same way as a certain Espada(Szayel). Then, I put down a semi-colon right after typing down Espada when the thing is that Szayel and Orochimaru do share certain explicit similarities. I would never compare the great scientist Mayuri to someone like Orochimaru.

Also I'm not positive if genjutsu will even work on Mayuri, since the facemask thing he is wearing may block chakra into his eyes.

Mayuri can also create a vodoo doll of himself or something, right? And if this is Mayuri with his new hat, it becomes less of a battle and more of guro session.
 
The paralysis from Mayuri's shikai: It still left Ishida able to speak, right? So he still had control over his mouth? If that's the case, could Orochimaru spit out a new body even after getting hit with Mayuri's shikai?
 
I forget...did his shikai paralyze all motor activity or just all motor activity below the striking point?

Except that Mayuri at the time couldn't really be described to be bloodlusted when he was just playing around.

Okay fine, now can anyone tell me why Mayuri would attack at first sight? In character, we know Itachi uses his genjutsu almost immediately. Can anyone show me proof of Mayuri being resistant to genjutsu?
