Itachi didn't get his eyes. He was so close too, which makes it even lulzier.

Sasuke didn't get to kill Itachi by his own hands. Itachi sort of stumbled and collapsed on his own like a twelve-year old on an ecstasy binge. Plus he got poked in the forehead again... which will probaly trigger some regressive childhood state flashback come next chapter.

And the rest of the Uchiha? Their dead, lol. Except madara, who may not even have the Sharingan anymore. How many of you think he has like a webcam thing going on beneath that mask? A webcam connected directly to his brain.

Anyways, unless an absolutely amazing revelation happens next chapter I think I may jump ship and join the Kisame fanclub or something. At least he's doing something productive, like railing that Hebi slut from behind while making the other two watch and take notes.


EDIT: Yo homes you know I'm just playin, you know I'll be showin a slice of that love to teh Sharinganz next week.

I'm inclined to agree with you. The Uchiha have been nothing but fail as of late. This chapter was just made of failure on both sides. I mean, this chapter has so much FAIL in it I don't even think the win of Gai can beat it.

Just because the fight, techniques, and touching ending exist, does not dispute the fact that both failed in their goals, and thus are failure.

The thought just occurred to me that Itachi wanted Sasuke just as much as Sasuke wanted Itachi. It was obvious, but it never really occurred to me as a complete thought. What a weird pair of brothers.

Indeed, failure on both sides... near the apex of their triumph.. Same for Orochimaru. Reoccuring theme.

It's quite sad, really. Neither of them achieved their goal, although they worked hard to do so.
 
Failed revenge indeed, whatever killed Itachi, it's not Sasuke.
It's either Susano'o or Orochimaru, we'll know next chapter maybe.

you are comparing Jiraiya Sama to the whole uchiha clan. they all lost to two guys, Itachi and Madara. besides, Jiraiya Sama at the end of everything was able to do something right....not give (sounds lame, but its still something) what did Itachi do?
