very retarded...Sasuke sucks compared to Pain, Madara, Minato...please don't compare gods to Sasuke. And Itachi is obviously stronger than Sasuke seeing as how he is about to win...

Until Sasuke gains the MS he's still just below Itachi's level. With what he has shown during the fight, he's pretty damn high level and is in the top 5 of the most powerful shinobi currently alive. But he's still just below Itachi, even if he defeats him, it's not that big of a deal especially with certain circumstances like Itachi having to hold back some as to not destroy Sasuke's eyes. When Sasuke becomes the 'Hawk' and gains the MS than he will be > Itachi. Which is why I rather have Sasuke defeat him right now since if they fight again when Sasuke gains the MS it will be waste of time since Sasuke will win.
