Itachi got bored one day and decided to kill some people.

No restrictions on Itachi.

Ms abilities :
Tsukiyomi
Amaterasu - Unlocked
Susano'o - Unlocked

Conditions :
He can use Amaterasu four times in total.
He can use Tsukiyomi once on each fight.
Susano'o can be used only once.

Also he can spam the regular stuff like; exploading kb's, regular genjutsu, katons, shurikens, kunai etc.

Itachi is at his peak(interms of strength and skill), he is not blind and his eyes do not start bleeding after a couple of shots of Amaterasu.

He gets to rest after each fight. So in each fight he starts off with full stamina.

The Gauntlet : Takes place in Forest of Death(where Oro first fought Sasuke and Naruto)

Orochimaru is the only problem I see here

He would destroy all of them, the only person I see lasting through Tsukiyomi is Sasori. After that Amaterasu would obliterate all of them except maybe Orochimaru who would be destroyed by either Tsukiyomi or Susanoo. As for Sarutobi I didn't see him in a fight against genjutsu but I will assume he will put up a fight too but lose in the end.
 
All of them. With these conditions Itachi isn't gonna lose to any one of these teams. He would have some problems along the way though. Sarutobi and Siki Fuujin could be problematic, Deidara and his suicide bomb are dangerous, and Kakuzu is always a threat (killing someone 5 times is pretty difficult).

Itachi wins all.

He wouldn't need Susanoo either.

In fact the only one i see that will force him to use MS is Sandaime or .... maybe Deidara. Everyone else he could defeat with his genjutsu alone.
 
I think he could win most...
1 - Sound 5 (kimimaro is not sick) There is no way he wins against all 5 in CS2, especially with Kimimaro not sick...your all nuts for giving him this one.

4 - Kakashi (post skip) Itachi wins a tough battle
5 - Sarutobi (old) Itachi probably pulls out a very close match (Prime would be given to Sarutobi)
6 - Orochimaru + Kabuto(regular Kabuto)
7 - Kakuzu Another tough match, but Itachi wins
8 - Sasori Itachi in another close one
9- Deidara
 
Itachi rapestomps.

Only problem would definitely have to be Orochimaru, but that's about it.
 
Yeah, I don't think I'll have to repeat what most of the others were saying. You should have thrown some more tag-teams in there, because Itachi's looking pretty unstoppable right now.
 
Even if Itachi DIDN'T get to rest between matches, this would still be bloody rape.

Srsly, Itachi plows through every fight while painting his nails.
 
1 - Sound 5 (kimimaro is not sick) - Itachi beats Jiroubu, Kidomaru, Tayuya and Sakon/Ukon very easily, probably by kunais stabbed by very fast Itachi.
Kimmimaro may look tough match up for Itachi, he will be curb stormed by some of Itachi's non-MS ninjutsu arsenal implemented after catchinf Kimmimaro off guard with his speed.
Overall, Itachi will have an easy fight even though it is 1 on 5.
2 - Zabuza and Haku - Zabuza hit by Tsukiyomi and Haku pwned after Itachi blasts away his ice (or whatever) prison with Amaterasu.
3 - Asuma and Kurenai - Asuma and Kurenai both pwned by some non-MS ninjutsu of taijutsu of Itachi.
4 - Kakashi (post skip) - Beaten by Amaterasu.
5 - Sarutobi (old) - Beaten by Tsukiyomi.
6 - Orochimaru + Kabuto(regular Kabuto) - Oro pwned by Susano and Kabuto beaten by Tsukiyomi.
7 - Kakuzu - Pwned by Amaterasu which eats away all 5 of his hearts.
8 - Sasori - Pwned by Amaterasu which destroys his human parts and all of his puppets.
9- Deidara - Tough fight as this is the last of the gauntlet along with the fact Amaterasu is now out of commission (I already put Itachi's use of that Jutsu 4 times earlier). Itachi will try to put him in a normal genjutsus but Deidara may escape with his so called counter sharingan left eye. Itachi may have to use Tsukiyomi to beat him. Itachi wins therefore.
