Is Sasuke REALLY out of chakra?

Cuz did you remember Sasuke vs Deidara?

Yes, when we all (and Deidara for that matter) thought that Sasuke was out of chakra?

But then somehow pulled Manda, a boss summon, out of his ass faster than any Uchiha can run?

Just wanted to say that.
 
Deidara didn't really know anything... and Sasuke was just suffering the aftereffects of self-chidori :zaru

However, many people have been seen still fighting even when they are supposedly out of chakra :noworry
 
even if he said he was, he really cant lie about being out of chakra to itachi. itachi's eyes would see whether he has chakra or not. if he gets out of this one, it would be because he manage to get chakra from somewhere else other than himself.
 
Didn't Sasuke use his blood + tatoos to summon Manda? Or does it still require Chakra that way
 
He had enough to successfully suppress Orochimaru before he tried to draw too much out in response to Itachi still being alive. He hasn't used a jutsu since, so he still has whatever amount of chakra he used to keep Orochimaru suppressed.
 
Anyway i feel disappointed with all these Big battles..... And Sasuke its great.... Orochimaru is greater..... and Jiraya was the best.......My point is..... the hall gentsutsu thing is kinda lame..... the eye thing was pathetic..(right eye Ultimate Gentsutsw left eye ultimate ninjutsu) ..........And now itachi has a strange new jutsu........ it is kinda like JOjo's bizarre adventure !!!Anyhow......Sasuke is done for i think..... and finally there will only ONE...Genius between the uchicha Bros

Difference being Deidara didn't have chakra detecting eyes. Even if the sharingan isn't as precise as the Byakugan, Itachi made a rather definitive statement about what's left of Sasuke's chakra. Even if some chakra was tied up holding Oro back, that would be part of Itachi's assessment wouldn't it? If he has anything left, it should be negligible at best. Either that or I don't see what the point of talking about chakra reserves was.
 
He used some chakra to suppress Oro, and now that he's out of the picture maybe he can juice up enough reserves to perform one last attack.

The word in question just means to "go out". Essentially, he's saying that the chakra that Sasuke was using the suppress him went away. Combine that with Zetsu statement of Sasuke trying to drag out too much chakra, so the chakra suppressing Orochimaru was dragged out by Sasuke.

I mean, if you have a certain amount of chakra and don't use a jutsu, then you still have that amount of chakra.
 
Oro clearly said the chakra Sasuke used to supress him has been expended, vanished, in other words, no chakra.

He said it "went away". Zetsu said Sasuke was trying to drag too much chakra out and ended up taking out that part that suppressed Orochimaru. Sasuke dragged out the chakra suppressed Orochimaru. Since he hasn't used a jutsu yet with that chakra, he should still have it.
 
Itachi is able to see Sasuke's chakra so I guess so. Ofcourse, Sasuke has some chakra left because if his chakra went to absolute zero, he would either be in a state of paralysis just like after he used three chidoris against Gaara in part one or even die.
 
The chakra is gone and even it if it weren't it would be negligible at best. Itachi didn't seem disturbed by it when he assessed Sasuke's remaining chakra with his Sharingan.
 
Deidara does not have the Chakra seeing Doujutsu Sharingan. Itachi does.

Sasuke agreed with Itachi about his lack of Chakra, he never confirmed Deidara's statement.

Big difference, if Sasuke was to pull more energy out of his ass at this point, that would just be piss-poor writing.
 
Itachi can see the chakra with his sharingan, so it is likely that Sasuke is low on chakra, but as Hexa says he should have the chakra he pulled from Orochimaru if he has not used it yet. With zero chakra, the worst possible situation is death, but Sasuke may still also have his stamia left.

This is a diferent situation then that of with Deidara.
 
Then again, Hexa, if one tries to pull out more chakra than one has, they screw themselves up regardless. Isn't that what Kakashi explained? Try to summon more chakra than ya got and you drop to zero?
 
Any chakra Sauske has left, is what's keeping him alive. But I think it's fairly obvious that he doesn't have enough to do anything significant. The little he did have, he was using to hold Oro back. But since he was trying to draw out chakra he didn't have, Oro was freed. It'll be fuckin hilarious to see what rediculousness Kishi pulls off to save his cashcow this time :amuse
