It depends really.

I don't think it's ever worth buying a console for one game alone. I'm stuck in a dilemma with the 360, since I want to play Lost Odyssey really badly but can't figure out what games that it has coming in the future that would really interest me. It's pretty much a FPS console and those don't interest me a great deal. I don't want to spend £200 only to never be really interested in another game after just one.

While PS3 has MGS4, FF13, FF vs 13, GT5, Tekken 6 and potential games like (hopefully) ZoE3, KH3 and others, which makes me want to buy it as I know there'll be quite a few games that grab my attention. These are ones I've always had interest in and like so it's basically the console for me.

None of the other consoles really have that when it comes to my preference, even though I sometimes feel like picking up a Nintendo Wii or a 360.

Nintendo Wii has SSBB and Twilight Princess which are the only two games on it I'd really want to play. While others like Super Mario Galaxy are intriguing.

Xbox 360 has Lost Odyssey only basically. While stuff like Gears of War, Halo 3 and BioShock intrigue me.

It really depends on preference at the end of the day, and if you have the money for it. If you believe the Wii is something you'll enjoy because of the way it's supposed to be played, then by all means it could be worthwhile for you to buy it.

ToS is really a Gamecube game (also for PS2, but in JP only) so it'll play fine on the Wii. And it'll have a sequel on the Wii soon!!

If you haven't bought one on Ebay yet, why buy one now? I've almost caved into buying a Wii on Ebay. But I was looking through one guys history and he has sold like 10 Wii's. When you buy something like that on Ebay you are supporting the bastards who make it so you can't buy one normally.

Yes its worth getting a Wii. Besides the fact that Wii Freeloader is out, One Piece has 2 new games coming out, ToS2 soon, Brawl, and all the goodness of backwards compatibility of Game cube games.

Actually I already have a 360. Im a HUGE Tales fan and Vesperia is coming out for it. But ToS was my favorite game of all time so I MUST get Dawn of the New World. SSBB is also tempting so yeah..I guess Ill get one. If I can find one lol.
