If you were a writer, or an editor, how would you write what's stores in next for all of your comics books?
How would you take spiderman out of the Dork age?
How would you do the skrull invasion?
How would you re-introduce Jean Grey to this universe again ('cause you know she will)
And who the fuck is Tigra?
Do Retcon Punches really sound that plausible?
And how do we work around a man who gets power from a star (but not all of that's star power) and not even a particularly strong one, but can destroy the universe with it's speed?

I rather not be an editor. I wouldn't have an interesting creative clue for the broad scope. I rather focus on specific characters.

The ghosts of Gwen Stacy and Uncle Ben coming back and layeth the verbal smacketh downeth, later joined by 'god'.

And then Aunt May telling Peter how Peter disappointed her with his and MJ's decision.

I wouldn't do it.

Phoenix Birthsong, the end of the Phoenix Song trilogy.

Ask some other writer who can do a just job to the character.

Look back at ideas from the past that were underdeveloped and go from there.

The way I see it the whole thing could have been prevented if certain people actually took into account the plots and characterization that went on in the other two spidey books at the time. Sensational and Friendly had some good stories that actually addressed the post CW issues quite well.

I actually like what Bendis is doing.
