Gara (Bastard!!) vs. Won Sul (Shin Angyo Onshi)

That's a tough one, that immaterial blade must be a bitch to deal with especially for Gara that already got seriously jacked up by this kind of weapon though I doubt Won Sul has the same destructive force than Ney.
How fast is he exactly? Gara is probably around the supersonic/hypersonic range. Also Gara has this technique where he infuses his hands with Ki turned into light allowing him to block immaterial attacks, that may help him counter Won Sul's sword.
Gara'll probably have to use Keiun Ki Ninken to win given Won Sul is an undead, destroying his spirit should do him in, but it remains to be seen if Gara would be able to find an opening. It all comes down to how fast Won Sul is.

He has above average speed.
He can kill half a dozen men in one movement, before any of them can react, but he's never broken the sound barrier.
Gara's certainly faster, but I'm of the belief that Won Sul's durability(lol already dead) and invisible sword would even the odds.

Don't Won Sul own entire squads of gun men armed with semi automatic weapons though and I believe he was fighting Sando evenly at the start who has Bullet timed quite a few times during the series.

No, you're thinking of Sando owning a bunch of gunmen.
And Won Sul wasn't really beating Sando with speed, but the fact that his sword's both invisible and the fact that he can change it's shape at will, which is what screwed her up.
Oh, and Won Sul's regular sword strokes can be as powerful as Majin Ken, as shown here. Gara's durability is nothing to be trifled with, so Won Sul's power is very very necessary.

Won Sul doesn't have essentially any amped durability. It's the durability of a highly trained human in the SAO-verse. He is immortal but it's pretty much useless when he ends up just being a face.
Gala has likely supersonic reaction speed and wasn't it the case that trained people were able to see Won Sul's killing intent weapon? I mean, I don't see why Gala wouldn't be able to, being a freaking NINJA MASTER and all. Having a cursed sword, emitting Ki that's even visible to someone like MacPain who is a few leagues below Gala and so on. With its invisibilty it loses its greatest danger factor, imo, because if you can see the exact shape, it becomes dodgeable. And speedwise I would still say Gala is above Won Sul.
If he uses his seven bodies technique it could even become a babyshake. Because even Ney couldn't see the real Gala and her perception exceeds sound speed movement as well.
Won Sul does quite some damage when he hits you good but it doesn't exceed that of the normal Shin Majin Ken strike. It isn't on par with celestial flash and it's also not on par with Kei Un Ki NinKen, which does this:
Going by the usual height of a castle of fortress wall and the massive width it has, Kei Un Ki NinKen is already of building buster class.
