Sword in general is a better weapon in OP than club. Single sword strike can cut limbs, while for example Kaido landed dozens of his club attacks on Luffy, Law, Zoro and Yamato and they took them fine. So if starting distance is close Fujitora might get a great opening with a fast sword slash (iai) coupled with better stats (due to mythical zoan) and CoO. If starting distance is very big she will just kite him from above and win. This version of Fujitora can't fly.

I still believe Fujitora wins especially with the boosts to his physical abilities.
