Fake Tards and Fans

I feel that something needs to be said about certain Itachi-fans.

As you all remember, when Itachi was losing his fight against Sasuke. He was thrown to the dogs by many people. They said that he was worthless, his hype was overrated. They compared him to Ten Ten.

And I for one, stood up for Itachi. I said that the fight was still on. It wasn't over, that the real Itachi fans should unite and root for him.

And i was right. He got back on his feet and look at him now.

But what really pisses me off, is that many of those same fans who threw Itachi to the dogs (not naming names) are now saying he's godly again.

With many threads saying that Itachi surpassed the Fourth, that he could defeat Minato, as well as Pein Madara etc.

Now im not talking about the members who started those threads, im talking about the members who backed up those threads, those same members who compared Itachi to Ten Ten. And those same members now seem to think that Itachi would wtfpwn Minato.

All i have to say is, that all you fake fans who jump on the Itachi badwagon. Need to stop being such insane tards, when you dont even have faith in the charactor who you think could defeat Minato

I never downed Itachi when things where going bad and never compared him to Minato when he used Sasano. I always new Itachi was badass but also always new that eventually Sasuke will beat him or surpass him. Im an Itachi fan and all but his death or loss to Sasuke was clear when Sasuke first stated his dream to kill a certain someone during team 7 introduction to Kakashi.

Only thing I was disapointed in was the way Kishi portrayed Itachi during the fight. I always imagined Itachi having the upper hand throughout the majority of the fight.
 
I have stuck with Itachi since he first appeared in this manga. Always been one of my favorite characters.

Though, it does anger me that once he started kicking ass his fan base doubles.:pek
 
I was scared Kishi might off him in the Kirin chapter but I never put him down. I had a lot of belief that someone like Itachi would pull through, but I was starting to doubt Kishi. I was rather pissed at Itachi fans that were calling him weak.

I also never hyped him up to God level before, and I'm not now.

Sure it's cool when your favorite character pwns in a chapter, but I find there's a lot more merit in other aspects of a character. Itachi's powerlevel impresses me, but it isn't the sole basis of why I like him. I never stopped being a fan, in fact the chapters he was looking kinda grungy in got me to like him even more.

Besides, if you want your favorite to be top dog you might as well pick Naruto and Sasuke now, because as the two main characters they'll likely surpass everyone in the history of the Narutoverse by the end of the manga.
 
I have tried to stay even keel with Itachi... he is one of my favorite characters

Nice one for the people that stuck with Uchiha Itachi in his worst times.

Itachi with TenTen, that so ridiculous.
I will always love Itachi, no matter what. =]
 
Funny how majority of those fans aren't posting in here...

Anyway, Itachi is my favorite character second only to Minato. When I first saw him in episode 81, he became my favorite character instantly. The mystery and utter cold-bloodness surrounding his character just drew me in. And when Sasuke had those flashbacks at VotE, this fan's loyalty was sealed. However, during this battle, I was disappointed that I could not see more of him. Althrough Part I, we saw him spam genjutsu while mixing it up in Tai and Nin briefly. The same could be said in the flashbacks, but he was still badass to me. Fast-forward to this fight, and I saw nothing new. And after Sasuke broke out of Tsukuyomi, I began to question was he really as proficient in other areas besides his specialty, Genjutsu, as I thought? I still believe he was because who can honestly become an Anbu Squad Captain at the age of thirteen without being exceptional in all areas of Ninjutsu? However, that remained to be seen in this battle. Instead, all I saw was his normal genjutsu, Tsukuyomi, a Katon, Amaterasu and now Susano-o. Susano-o gave him the advantage, but the disappointment could never go away. I knew he was goin to die by Sasuke's hands, or so I thought. I just wanted him to go out as the badass I depicted him to be from Part I and the databooks. Yeah, I'm kinda disappointed in the way Kishimoto delt with this fight, but I'll always be a fan...
 
It's funny because most of the guys who claim Itachi is now so powerful were desesperate before Susano and were pissed because Sasuke was pwning Itachi so hard.

There is nothing contradictory in this battle.

Sasuke >> Base Itachi

Itachi with Amaterasu + Susano > or = Sasuke (only a little because at the end he died)
 
Gee... I never really knew there were such pathetic people like that. I thought the (character)tards and the anti-(character)tards are bad enough. I myself, have never gotten into these Itachi > Minato kind of threads in the first place anyway (for one thing there's no proof) and I'll never refer anyone in the Narutoverse as godly except Kishimoto because... well... he is literally God of Naruto since he created the story and its characters.

But even as I say this. All characters in this manga have their strengths and their flaws and I always believe real fans of a character will tend to acknowledge an appreciate the flaws of their character as well as praise their strengths. So I hope people don't confuse "fake fans" for real fans. I think I should start a dictionary...

Real fan: A person that appreciates a character or fandom in all aspects of said character or fandom as a whole. Not afraid to criticise flaws of their character but will defend and praise their character to the end. (Cool)

Example: I'm a Naruto fan. I know he's usually quite simple minded and stupid about most things but he has his genius moments and his determination and loyalty more than makes up for that. He will become the Hokage because he has the right attitude and a special quality about him that noone else has and he would definitely be my best friend/boyfriend if he was a real person. *sigh* such a shame he's just a fictional character though.

(character)tard: An idiotic extremist who basically worships a fictional character to the point of exaggerating facts in favour of their character, falsifying facts in favour of their character, disregarding any flaws in their character and verbally abusing anyone who points out flaws of said fictional character. (Sad)

Example: Oh I just LOOOVE Sasuke, he's such a stud, he's so cool and badass. He's a God. He beat his brother Itachi without even a scratch on him. His friends were losers that's why he ditched them. Sasuke-sama doesn't need that kind of baggage around and DON'T YOU DARE SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT HIM OR I'LL COME OVER AND RAM A CURLING IRON UP YOUR ASS RIP OUT YOUR EYES AND OFFER THEM TO MY SASUKE SHRINE MUWHAHAHAHA!!!

anti-(character)tard: (Antonym to (character)tard) An idiotic extremist who basically hates a fictional character to the point of exaggerating flaws in said character, falsifying facts to discredit said character, disregarding strengths of said character and verbally abusing anyone who points out strengths of said character. (Sad)

Example: SAKURA IS SUCH A S***!! I HATE HER I HATE HER I HATE HER I HATE HER. SHE SHOULD JUST DIE!!! SASORI WOULD HAVE WHOOPED HER ASS UNTIL IT WAS SORE IF IT WASN'T FOR CHIYO. SHE CAN'T DO ANYTHING SHE'S PATHETIC AND SHOULD JUST ROT IN HELL! NO WONDER SASUKE RAN AWAY IF HE HAD TO PUT UP WITH SOMEONE LIKE HER! YOU!!! HOW DARE YOU LIKE THAT PINK HAIRED B**** YOU GO DIE ALONG WITH HER TOO!!!

Fake fan: Someone who switches back and forth between being a (character)tard to an anti-(character)tard depending on the circumstances. (Just plain pathetic) Note: Not to be confused with a real fan.

Example: I JUUUUSSSSTTT LOOOOVE ITACHI! I LOVE HIM! HE'S SUCH A GOD AARGH!! He lost? AWW WHAT A WUSS!!! WHAT A F***ING LOSER I HATE HIM!!! I HATE HIM I HATE HIM! I HATE HIM!!!

You can't stop the bandwagon fans, man. They hate when it's popular and love when its popular. That's just life.
 
Naruto fans are the only true fans around here IMO

No matter how many times naruto fails and looks like a complete Idiot, his fans are still there backing him up.

While most fans of Sasuke, Itachi or which ever character seems to be strong right now would just jump on to another bandwagon the moment their so called favorite character starts to lose or seems weak.

Lol. On the contrary. Many Sasuke fans have been members for a long time and gained a name for good or bad depending your side. And many of them are exclusively fans of Sasuke and they aren't fan of Itachi or Madara.

On the other hand GBtards and Naruto fans jumps on the bandwagon of whoever is fighting against Sasuke currently. It's funny when I see sannintards who always hated Itachi rooting for him now he is fighting against Sasuke.

Just look all the guys who were complaining because the battle was so easily for Sasuke and he was pwning Itachi. Now the same guys state Sasuke never really dominated.

Naruto fans are always fans of Jiraya too. And when Pain appeared they all jumped on his bandwagon because they lacked a character who could match/surpass the Uchihas (specially Sasuke).
 
There's a difference between being a tard and a fan:

-A tard believes that their character is above all, despite proof shown of their inferiority to any number of characters.

-A tard bashes other characters if they're shown to be superior to their preferred character.

-A fan, on the other hand, likes the character for a particular reason and also knows how to make sound judgment with regards to their strength.

-A fan can admit when their favorite character is weaker than another and wouldn't hesitate to mention it.

Here, they're countless tards who fail to use logic and end up making fools of themselves. With respect to Itachi, Kishi shouldn't have set the match up in the way that he did. From the beginning, he made Sasuke out to have some kind of "upper hand" rather than exhibit him in a losing position only to overcome it at the end.

That scenario is usually reserved for Naruto. Sasuke is the anti-Naruto, thus he will have the upper-hand until things go bad.
 
about the ONLY reason people liked itachi was for his much hyped power and stereotypical "I'm the man and I know it" attitude(since god knows he does not have any real character to speak of).


take away itachi's supposed invincibility, and you are left with nearly nothing. the majority of these people only liked him because they felt he was the strongest, when he was shown to be anything less then the god of all ninja, they jumped ship.

And I like Itachi performance till now, the fight hasn't over, when somebody says Itachi is dead omg/Sasuke's eyes where plucked wtf?!, then its over, before that, it isn't (for me at last).
