Drunken Fist pawns the Sharingan

Drunken Fist - This unusual style of combat can't be learned or taught. It only occurs naturally, and requires the user to be drunk. Decent skill in some form of combat may also be helpful. Once the former condition is met, the user becomes an unpredictable fighter seemingly unable to discern friend from foe.

The Drunken Fist could probably beat the Sharingan due to its being an unpredictable fighting style.

No, normal combat works by reading intentions, you see that your opponents intend to kick you, and defend against that, and if the opponent is using Suiken, he'll quickly attack somewhere else, that's where the unpredictabillity lies in, the opponent doesn't know where he will attack himself, and so it is impossible to predict normally.

The Sharingan works by predicting muscle movements, so you'd first see the person kick against you, and then when he decides to do something else, you'd see the kick isn't meant to hit, but he's attacking from somewhere else, judging from his muscle movements, not from his intention, which is impossible to read.

the drunken fist is actually a style of martial arts that emulates the actions of a person who is drunk. This leaves the oppenent to drop their guard while the frantic movement of the user builds momentum and strikes with powerful attacks.

The drunken fist is an actual style of Wushu and the person using it isn't necessarily drunk

Where did you get that sharingan predicts muscle movements?? any way, if the fighter has an unpredictable movement, then the muscles move in an unpredictable way. It could be that it is easier to see what someone is intending to do if you see his muscle movements, but if the whole movement is a mess, you cant predict that no matter how good you are. It's like poker face, you can be very good watching through someones face, but if he has a poker face, then you can't see a thing.

It could be that fist to fist combat for a sharingan user is harder if he fights a drunken fist user, but genjutsu could just counter that, and problem solved.

no, sharingan predicts moves from the body of the oponent, because kimimaro didn't have sharingan, he could't predict the moves.

Sharingan sees variations in someone's body, and how exactly chakra will influence/move the body's muscles.

Kimimaro approximated where it would land, based on how Lee's body was moving. He was moving so sporadically though, it made it difficult for him to register each movement and predict where it would hit.

But no matter how random Lee is, he still requires muscle movement to operate, and that's how it would work; by understanding the movement caused by the muscles.

bones>drunken fist
so of course
sharingan>drunken fist
its canon :LOS

Flawed theory based on assumptions.

Excellently put - Sharingan can still predict his movements, let alone not taking into account Sasuke's speed.

That one kick straight to his jaw KO'ing him in one shot was enough to show me the difference between the two.

Sasuke's eyes have since developed and I would dare say his speed is compareable to Lee's.

Actually, before drunken Lee Kimimaro didn't have much problems predicting lee. When lee became drunk Kimimaro said that his moves became unpredictable which means that soemtime people Kimimaro could in fact predict lee's moves.

the theory is ridiculous.
sasuke is as fast as lee right now.
the image of how sharingan predicts taijutsu was already posted.
we see the super fast unpredictable movement, while sharingan sees images of how the body moves in slow motion.
so sasuke would see lee's movement.
the only reason why kyuubi naruto was able to defeat sharingan, was because naruto's body moved in a different way than his chakra.
it's just as if naruto's hand wants to punch your stomach, and his chakra punches your face.

Didn't you know? No amount of self indulgence no matter how mindless will be anything beyond mediocre before these fucking eyes.

Did you watch the anime, or pay attention to the manga? Lee's Drunken Fist technique actually occurs when he is drunk.

Itachi himself mentioned how amazingly powerful Guy's taijutsu was. Also, when Lee fought Sasuke, he was still wearing his weights. in only Part I Lee moved faster than sand (which is suggestively as fast as the strongest wind current).

Lastly, Sasuke doesn't have a cool pose :leepose

I don't agree part 1 can be used to justify how the characters compare now, just look at Sasuke's speed increase during his month training prior to the chunnin exam, after 2 and a half years with Oro he held his own against Itachi, who he had no hope of defeating in part 1.
