In dragon ball z those auras and shit were impressive because the characters had feats and had shown to be strong, but in Boruto it's cringe because they are characters that could barely destroy a hill with their maximum power, Momoshiki himself is a fodder who was afraid of Darui. Boruto will never be like dragon ball z In terms of power, we already saw Ishikki fight to the death with no restrictions on his power and he didn't destroy a single hill, he did not show anything impressive.
