I think we've established that Sasuke's "That" Jutsu was actually SnJ which stands for Sasuke no Jutsu,a Jutsu that ignores PnJ and decimates his opponents with the semen that overflows from his eyes.

If Sasuke had a stronger jutsu (which would have then been his trump jutsu), he would have used it against Itachi before running out of the necessary chakra.

Why WOULDN'T he use his strongest attack on Itachi?

So that settles the following question:

did sasuke use "that" jutsu?

If Kirin is not "that jutsu", then "that jutsu" is, by necessity, weaker than Kirin.

It's a practical guarantee that Kirin is his strongest jutsu, for he'd use nothing less as his final trump against Itachi.

it probably was "that" jutsu as "that" jutsus are seen as the most powerful move in the user's arsenal and that kirin attack looked like it was sasuke's most powerful attack.

I don't suppose that any other technique could be such a jutsu. If he was in possession of another, more powerul jutsu he would have used it in place of Kirin. Either way his chakra would have been significantly depleted, thus leaving him in his current state. So if there is such possession, he would have no reason not to cast it. And thus, my opinion is as stated above.

I don't see how anyone can question the validity of Kirin being "that" jutsu.
