Dropped the shitshow over a year ago now but based on what I heard Daemon apparently beat Full Power Code pretty badly

Daemon, from what it looks like, can be beat by people that are strong and fast enough to BFR him or BFR damage into him without needing to touch him. Sasuke is actually one of the better suited people to fight him since he can forcibly displace either he himself or an attack and hit Daemon without needing to touch him.
The speed and strength difference probably will do him in though.
Thinking of who can get the job done and going by Boruto scaling, Kaguya would be a prime candidate since he can't kill her and she can forcibly displace entire dimensions around people. A trip to the Lava or Acid dimensions would seal his fate since he doesn't seem to be able to fly or dimension hop.
Moral of the story is that Boruto scaling is ass.

the author made it very clear that Sasuke and Naruto stand no chance against the New Code (it was stated in the latest chapter mind you), and Daemon completely ragdolled that version of Code and Ada humilliated him.
Sasuke stands no chance.

The Author Also Made it clear That Adult Naruto and Sasuke stands no chance against the Divine Tree as well.
There at least 4-5 statements talking about How The Divine tree and Ten tails are dangerous and how They need to find it and figure out how to deal with it before it can be misused and life wipe everyone.
every Statement is saying how they need to stop it before It becomes a Divine Tree and not once does it mentions Naruto or Sasuke will be able to stop it once it created.
If you're going by What Author States then you have to take everything The Author is saying here as well.

Naruto and Sasuke took on threats to Kaguya, but stood no chance against Jigen. Narratively, it would make no sense for Jigen to be weaker than Madara.

They don't have that when they fought Jigen otherwise they would have one shotted Him with the Seals like they did Kaguya.

when you're Touched by the Seals you're Captured with the Six path Prison.
Even Kaguya couldn't escape this and She has far better Space time Jutsu than Jigen and Isshiki and has for more chakra since she has a whole planet of chakra that can make her exponentially more powerful than before. She can spam that jutsu. what make you think Jigen or Isshiki won't be trapped by that Same Jutsu if they are touched by it?
Sasuke Wasn't even using His Rinnegan ability in an optimal way. Look at that fight With Jigen and how he Was switching places compared to Madara and Kaguya battle.
He clearly was much better with his How he was using his Ability in the Madara and Kaguya battle than he was against Jigen and Isshiki.

Craiken would have you believe that Naruto and Sasuke instantly dropped like 3 tiers after Hagoromo's seals returned to him. Even steelmanning that assumption, you'd have post seal loss:

You can't really justify with that reasoning at all. We didn't get to see the outcome of the avatar. It went straight into the ground and then we don't see it until it's absorbed chakra and is replenished. And an indirect explosion from Sasuke's attack was shown to blow up the upper portion of the clones.
Meanwhile, there is the fact that Sasuke blitzed Naruto with Amenotejikara but Kaguya couldn't with Yomotsu Hirasaka.
There's also the fact that Naruto was matching Eighty Gods Vacuum Fist with his own chakra arms. That means Naruto's chakra arms and his avatar have Perfect Susanoo busting strength (provided they make direct and consecutive contact). Perfect Susanoo then matched Naruto's avatar's fists. The only logical conclusion is that the Tailed Beast Perfect Susanoo is even stronger than that.
