Could Orochimaru have taken over Sasuke had Itachi not seal him?!!!

Thoughts? Could he take over Sasuke now? I saw the White Snake escaping Susano-o and now that Itachi is dead, can Oro take over Sasuke now that he has no chakra and his Sharingan is off?
