Just read the chapter once again and well ... I don?t understand it
Look at this:
Pages 14-15

What?s that "shuffle shuffle" supposed to mean, I dare say it?s not just because Itachi is out of power, it?s kind of like there actually IS something in his arm...
And..Pages 14-15 those illegible words, it?s not like Itachi is able to shock Sasuke with just a few words in just a few seconds, doubtful...

I think he, knowing he?s going to die, wants to pass on his memories to Sasuke...He probably said something like: See the truth!... and Sasuke obviously thought he?s out of his mind or something

By poking his forehead he transferred his memories...kinda like in Harry Potter
I can?t help to think that there is something in Sasuke?s eyes afterwards, never saw him like this before (great art, Kishi) He seems so innocent, so sorrowless ... I kind of think he relived his childhood then... his true childhood without hate
 
Let's see Itachi got closer to Sasuke,

Not exactly the "shuffle shuffle" part, but I do like your analysis and theory of what Itachi is doing there. After all Itachi already did say just what he could do with just one finger back here in the save Gaara arc.

The expressions that Sasuke shows in those frames do fit with the idea that he said something like "forgive me Sasuke this is the real truth/ or true reality," then proceed to show him what really happened in his genjutsu.
 
"Shuffle Shuffle" has something to do with Sasuke's movement, I wouldn't give it too much thought. That's a good theory about Sasuke's shocked expression being related to Itachi's words. They were both defenseles, Sasuke shouldn't have a reason to be so shocked. As a matter of fact, he seemd to be in better condition than Itachi.
 
I agree with the "shuffle, shuffle" being meaningless, but I think you have a very good theory. After all, Sasuke does look very shocked (although I'm sure he would be anyways, but still) and we would finally get to see the what happen the night of the Uchiha massacre. I love the idea! Plus Itachi probably could show Sasuke everything in one instant.

I also love the HP Snape reference. His whole story was very shocking and out of nowhere, so it's possible that could happen for Itachi too. :)

that is sasuke's legs shaking because he is scared.I had to look close at that myself lol.That's the bad thing about reading manga off the net.You cant see allot of things clear.
 
The "shuffle" bit was Sasuke backing up against the wall. Noise came from his baggy pants.

I'm with this whole "I'll give you a genjutsu of the truth before I die" idea, which as the OP stated is very similar to Snape's "I'll give you a memory before I die" moment in Harry Potter.

i actually like this theory. but i think itachi was just saying (or trying to say) something about haha your eyes are mine.

but the rest of the theory i really liked...besides the shuff shuffle part...so i guess i only liked part of the theory then.
 
I don't believe it to have such significance. It is merely showing Sasuke's possibly fear or fatique by trembling, but I don't believe it holds much significance.

The transfer of mind and/or body has been another much debated issue, but I don't believe such a thing occured as Zetsu probably would have been able to notice such an action.
