Hey everyone, I'm a freshmen in Highschool and just started pole vaulting this season. Unfortunately our team has way too many people on it so my coach gave me a deal. I have 2 weeks to reach 8 feet in pole vaulting or I'm cut...It sucks 
So any other pole vaulters have any advice for me?
