  • I can't believe I forgot just for a moment how amazing and crazy Tsutomu Nihei's works are... Blame! was and will always be my most favourite and cherished manga but really all of his work is truly not from this world!

From where is that image in your avatar, and what is occurring in it?

Btw sorry but forgot to leave this too: https://cyberneticinsect.tumblr.com/

Lots of cyberpunk stuff from the System Shock there, especially the SHODAN fan art, but you'd have to dig a lot, spent some time today going through it all.
Also I'm more than certain @Disquiet can add some more vtuber suggestions. I told you about the major groups, but yeah. :lmao
Been keeping a jumper in a small container for a week now, he's starving and I introduced a small black garden ant now, he stared at her cautiously observing every movement she made and acted accordingly, after about 8-10 min he gave up and is now avoiding her as non-potential prey. He's starving but he still won't risk attacking an ant, that's judgement over instinct and a great sign of these spiders' intelligence.

Really glad to see jumping spiders are as smart as I remembered!

Don't ask for species, my knowledge on spiders is long gone and what's left is burried in cobwebs.

Eh... Let him believe whatever he wants, natural selection is a pretty cool filter :hoho

I am amazed how he manages to mess with science AND religion though, gotta hand it to him. I didn't think anyone can stretch that much.

I mean by inspiring I mean encouraging what that kid is good at, not saying if he's bad something then he's a failure or lazy, rather find what he's good at.

Accidental discovery is exactly the wording I'd use as well, when I first fiddled around with a battery powered back massager.

Also hi, you know who I am yeah? It's amazing how many people didn't, when my visitor wall gives it away repeatedly. :lmao

Mantises spent a lot of energy producing the eggs so each bit of nurishment she can get is essential! Also while she's devouring his head the male keeps pumping sperm so she can produce more :lmao

    Got anything about parasitoid wasps?
    Swarmy
    Swarmy
How they keep control over her after emerging is still a mystery but it's be shown that 1 or 2 wasp larvae sacrifice themselves and remain inside the caterpillar, so maybe they control her!

Anyway this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to these wasps! It's been estimated there may be more than a million parasitoid wasp species alive right now and most of them have unique behaviours and parasitic methods!
