    Became busy with real life. Not in a bad way or anything, everything's actually been really good for me. Just didn't have the time for NF anymore. But I decided to stop by to see how this place was doing. From what I see and been told its still the usual drama. :lmao

    The way bacon tries to rationalize Biblical inconsistencies sometimes. Like, holy shit. I cited two passages, one where it blatantly says God won't punish offspring for the parent's sins yet there is a passage in the Bible where God kills David's infant son for his sins...a clear contradiction, right? Not so according to bacon, I just don't know what a contradiction is!

    Basically, some idiot from tumblr told me I couldn't watch it because it "special transexual people cartoon only" so I marathoned it in three days out of spite, and it was amazing

    I know I should be cartwheeling like it's the fourth of july, but I was helping an ex of mine who worked at a support and shelter center with an awareness campaign at a gay hotspot, and the number of fucking Gaga clones that looked at my pamphlets like I had the plague really pissed me off

    There's also a couple of more drawbacks, but you can't really put your finger on'em unless someone points it out for you.

    The parody "Everything is illuminated and then it dies" does a great catch up job as well, if you think you're not going to read the original material

    Well, depends, there's really only one issue of Secret Wars out yet and it's pretty awesome :hmm

    If you mean the whole she-bang, New Avengers and Avengers and the grand epic that leads up to it, yes I have been reading it. It's been great, with awesome character voice, a feeling of genuine emotional stakes, and cosmic scope.
    The reveals and plot twists are also pretty kewl

    On the downside, there are major plot points that are just planted there and are never explained to you because they require massive amounts of homework to get the payoff that they are delivering, and that would be okay, if you at least could make out the difference between them, and the confusing jumble of LOST-esque mysteries that eventually do get explained

    Not necessarily, no... It's a facebook Flash Game, essentially Final Fantasy Turn Battles, with something 120 marvel heros from which to choose from (plus a player avatar with gear)

    I mentioned because it is going through a Runaways event right now. Sucessfull players can use loads of runaways in battle now, like Molly, Nico, Chase, Lina and sometimes even Victor.

    Getting skills from missions is random. Additionally, some skills can only be gained from activating a mission's bonus objective, which is also random, even if you fulfill the requirements. :cry
