I am an instrument with the sound of a elephant, what could I be?

:catshrug A elephant horn. No but seriously either an elephants trunk or a trumpet.

Ngl that luminosity calc that I checked for you for Ultron's feat was rough.

That method should be used for feats involving actual brightness fears, not for explosions since chances are....

It takes way more energy to cause explosions than to making something glow for one second.

Yeah, that looked pretty brutal. You squeezed more out of the brightness than I did by dividing out the time frame in Lalisa's old galactic flashbang calc from Madoka. About 60 times more.

That's on me. I underestimated Infinity Ultron. Madoka's petty 553kiloFoe was no starting block for someone of his caliber. Also probably would have helped if I'd actually converted the distance with the time frame.

Would a depiction of the Riddler as a master manipulator, akin to Sosuke Aizen or emperor Palpatine, influencing events and people to suit his own grand schemes, be too drastic of a departure from his usual portrayal?

@Guiskard, he is the main villain of the Star Wars movies; surely, even if you are not a fan of Star Wars, you have heard of him?
That is a very awesome image of the Riddler in your avatar, and, I am certain that I have already asked this, but where did you find it?

Just a quick google search. It's from one of the Arkham games.

He is one of my favorite Batman characters, because he is very intelligent and manipulative, different from how most other Batman villains are brutes or thugs.

What is your favorite portrayal of him, thus far? Which portrayal do you feel did the best at capturing the essence of his character?
    Question.

David Haller(Legion) vs Jean Grey(Dark Phoenix). who wins?

You know...we have a whole section for these types of questions. :confused

I know literally nothing about the Leigon TV show.

DP should be planet level+ and MFTL, if she can use the full power of the Phoenix Force. Her TP also scales over any of Proff Xs feats.
If I have not said it, before, I really like your avatar; the Riddler is one of my favorite Batman villains, and I always enjoy seeing him in any media.

Thanks. It's from one of the Arkham games.

What is your favorite depiction of the Riddler? I liked his depiction in Batman: the Animated Series, because it was the first one I ever saw, but I also liked his "goth"-like appearance in The Batman, and then his depiction in Gotham was nice, because he was a super intelligent nerd in that one.
So you neg me because SSM12 seemed to be losing his shit over words on the internet and I pointed it out?

I'd have to go dig up a couple of old social/political commentary videos to find the source links. Pretty sure I know which ones, I just have to find some motivation to go digging through Bread Tube. If I haven't posted anything by Saturday, feel free to hit me up again.

Ugh. The links I was thinking of were only tangentially related to the idea of words being harmful. Honestly. There's a solid 7/10 chance it was a factoid from an entry level psych courses I took a few years back. Here is a screencap of the not really relevant links, and the source video for that screencap. I'll keep digging for the actual sources.

I like how you became an OBD denizen within like...two months and a bunch of half naked anime chic pics and no one's lynched you yet.
It's almost like...you can actually fit in as long as you have common sense :maybe

Commented back. Perhaps the calc is good as it is, unless others make objections.
Hey Sloth, just wanna say I'm reminiscing about old KC times and I'm glad you're still around. If memory serves I believe you also played mafia at some point? :hmm
    I thought you were Jack.
kiddo actually did it on the commentaries

Clouds disperse in 67 frames by my reckoning.

    67/24 = 2.79 seconds.

The Iron is 216px tall and 368.368m tall.

    Making the Horizon 68.6km away.

Right cloud is 438px long and 60 px tall.

Left cloud is 480px long and 57px tall.

Middle cloud is 134.08px long and 29px tall.

Height of the panel is 1080px

Using anglesizing the left cloud is 5.3371km tall and 38.96083km wide.

The middle cloud is 2.3127km tall and 11.9266km wide.

The Right cloud is 42.6968km long and 5.070245km tall.

The shortest distance for the clouds directly in the middle is 767px or 68.2259283333km

    68.2259283333km/2.79s = 24453.7378 m/s

For mass we just use an ellipsoid calculator (assuming that the clouds are as wide as they are long).

The right cloud is 4827.598308629792km^3, the middle one is 171.81621000856197km^3 and the left one is 4231.294635968448km^3 for a total volume of km 9230.70915461km^3.

Because of the patchy cover we'll take away 1 third of that to make a volume of 6153.80610307km^3

    6153806103070m^3*1.003 = 6172267521379.21kg.

    KE = 0.5*6172267521379.21*24453.7378^2

    KE = 1845462599244169207868.2365958082J or 441.0761 Gigatons.
