Hi everyone. How are you?
I'm doing alright but something is bugging me. This entry is just gonna allow me to write a bit about my opinion on sleep. Here I go...
I have only slept for just over two hours in the last 48 hours and I just can't seem to go to bed and sleep. It's like I'm trapped in this state where I can't go to bed. Well, anyway, right now I'm at my uncle's and it goes without saying, this isn't my home. That means I ain't sleeping on my own bed...so that could be one reason why I fail at sleeping. The thing is, this problem happens to me even when I have the privilege of sleeping on my own bed...I fail to sleep early when my brain suggests to me that "early" is a good time to sleep.
Perhaps if I did much more physical activity this wouldn't be an issue...hmmm...
Lol, looks like "problem solved" then...or is there more I can do?
Hmmm...anyway my opinion on sleep:
I think it's lovely while you're having some (after being tired), but while you're not and doing something else you love, it's the last thing you want to do. Right? For example, I could be playing ps2 (something I enjoy doing) and I'd always have one eye on the clock, cursing, "Time fucking flies!" Before I know it, it's 4:30AM and the sun is coming out. At this time I have to force myself to sleep and the sleep isn't so rewarding because I tend to wake up shitty regardless of the number of hours I got...I wonder why it is my body is not suited to sleeping at a reasonable time for a decent duration.
I think what I've subconsciously been trying to do is exhaust myself by not sleeping so that I'll finally feel tired and knock out into an awesome power nap. Doing it doesn't make me feel all too good, physically. Hmmm...perhaps when I get back home I can't fix this...
Well, that was a little odd and fun, but thank you for reading it, nonetheless. ^^. Any comments are welcome!
