I went to a high end resturant today with my church group...and boy are those waiters observant. If you had the fork on the wrong side they would ask you to rearrange the order. Also if you were using the wrong utensil to eat a certaint type of food they would ask you to use the correct item.
Of course I never got corrected because I am perfect.
